· Activity/Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and implementation of age-appropriate activities that align with early childhood education standards.
· Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning.
· Instruction: Engage children in hands-on activities, storytelling, and interactive play to enhance their cognitive and social skills.
· Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with parents and guardians regarding children’s needs, and behavior.
