As our Founding Enrollment & Outreach Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our new center. Your primary goal: connect with families, build trust, and enroll children into our program. Your success directly shapes the future of this center—and your role within it. This is more than a job, it’s a calling. We’re looking for someone who shares our vision and is ready to help build this center from the ground up.
Duties
- Promote daycare within local faith communities, churches, and family networks
- Organize open houses, parent info sessions, and community events
- Build relationships with pastors, religious leaders, and local organizations
- Manage social media and local advertising campaigns/ with the assistance of a marketing team
- Assist with curriculum planning and center setup
- Track enrollment leads and follows up with families
- Follow State and Local guidelines for Daycare Centers
Requirements
- Passionate about faith-based early childhood education
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mindset
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Experience in outreach, education, or ministry preferred
- Familiarity with Christian values and community
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
- 5 years of direct professional experience in an early childhood setting.
- High energy.
- Strong oral and written communications skills; technology skills.
- Ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
- A strong understanding of child development.
- Strong finance and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Must clear full background check.
- Must pass health screening.
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 30 credits in ECE.
