Duties

• Travel to various locations within the metro Atlanta area as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of maintenance issues, including plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must be willing to travel to multiple locations within the metro Atlanta area.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
