We are most interested in talking to applicants who are at least 18 years old and have:
- experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- a high school diploma or equivalent
- coursework or a degree in early childhood education or child development or a CDA
- the ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience

Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning, creativity, and social development.
- Monitor and track children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on milestones.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom, maintaining health and safety standards.
- Provide nurturing care, guiding children in developing positive behaviors, self-regulation, and healthy relationships.
- Facilitate both structured and unstructured play to encourage learning and problem-solving.
- Help children develop social skills through group activities, communication, sharing, and teamwork.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to ensure a unified approach to child development.
- Maintain open communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and behavior.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive discipline strategies to maintain a calm and respectful environment.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education best practices.
