The Covenant School is looking for energetic and creative individuals who would like to join Covenant Club staff (after-school program). This position will require approximately 10-20 hours per week, 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Days and hours are flexible. This position is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with children, participating in enrichment activities, and working in a positive, Christian environment.
The Covenant Club afterschool staff would be facilitating, supervising, creating environments for learning and teaching children how to play in recreational activities. Other duties as needed: set-up games, toys, snack preparation, check-in/out students during the program and cleaning up after program end.
Previous experience or degrees in Education/Recreation, CPR, and First Aid training are preferred, but not required. Training provided for base care
Previous experience with children in capacities such as: children's programs, Sunday school, child care positions
Acquiring childcare hours to build experience and add to a transcript or certification program.
