If you answered yes, we are looking for you to join our teaching team! 


Full time positions (40 hours) available; we offer on-site training; Teachers do not need to be Jewish; high school or GED equivalent or higher is required. We are currently in need of infant/toddler teachers, and 3 to 4 year old teachers.

Duties

Infant and Toddler Teacher Duties

  • work in conjunction with both infant/toddler teachers and students, including supervising play and learning times
  • be consistent in your work attendance with teaching in both mornings and afternoons
  • provide and continue a positive learning environment with play and learning activities
  • help conduct stimulating activities such as story time, music time, sensory play, outdoor explorations, and more
  • using our app to update parents daily on feeding, bathroom habits, activities, etc.
  • monitoring snack and lunch time for safety and developing positive relationships with food and peers
  • helping support student rest in the afternoons and supervising nap
  • change diapers and facilitate potty training begun at home (as needed)
  • attend trainings and faculty meetings as provided by the center or online

3 to 4 Year Old Teacher Duties

  • work in conjunction with both preschool teachers and students, including supervising play and learning times
  • be consistent in your work attendance with teaching in both mornings and afternoons
  • provide and continue a positive learning environment with play and learning activities
  • help conduct stimulating activities such as story time, music time, sensory play, outdoor explorations, and more
  • facilitate potty training practices begun at home and change diapers (as needed)
  • travel with students through our rotation schedule in the morning, in which your group travels from class to class, covering a variety of subjects, such as journaling (prewriting), math, social emotional learning and ASL, art, music, science, and more
  • monitoring snack and lunch time for safety and developing healthy relationships with food
  • helping support student rest in the afternoons and supervising nap
  • attend trainings and faculty meetings provided by the center or online

Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • experience with children/childcare/education
  • higher degree, such as CDA, Associates, or Bachelors
  • love of leading activities for children that are a passion for you, such as art, dramatic play, etc.
