Seeking Dynamic Early Childhood Education Director

Summary

We are Looking for a highly mature, eager, hard-working, compassionate Director to lead our facilities. Someone to supervise and hire qualified staff who can maintain great morale. This person will oversee the daycare to ensure that children are educated and have a safe, fun environment to learn and socialize with others. Duties also include setting budgets, training staff, and maintaining the center's needs. This individual must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in childcare, with at least 2 of those years being a director or possibly an Assistant Director. This person must improve morale, manage five or more employees, and care for over 40-108 children. This is a tedious job, and we are looking for serious inquiries!

Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center.
• Ensure compliance with state and local childcare regulations.
• Manage and support teaching and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum.
• Handle budgeting, billing, and financial management.
• Promote the center and maintain enrollment levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents and the community.
• Conduct staff meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise.

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

· Decatur, GA 30035: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

· Asst. Director or Director Exp: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

· CPR Certification, Childcare Credential (Required)
