Description

Summary

We are looking for a Cook to plan and prepare daily nutritional meals for the children. You must be reliable and responsible. If you don't meet the dietary requirements, you must get the proper certification.


We are also looking for reliable drivers to drive the children to school and pick them up. This person must have a clean driving record and must be able to pass a background.

This position also requires you to assist with teacher breaks during nap time. These roles can be likened to the gears in a well-oiled machine, each playing a crucial part in ensuring the overall system runs smoothly and efficiently. The Cook is like the engine, driving the core operations; the Floater is the flexible joint, able to pivot and adapt to different needs; and the Driver is the wheels, ensuring the movement and delivery of goods and services.

Duties

Cook

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals according to the menu, recipes, and dietary guidelines. This includes chopping, slicing, baking, frying, and grilling food items.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean and organized, properly maintaining all cooking equipment. Regularly sanitize work surfaces and cooking utensils to meet health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders when necessary to ensure the kitchen is always well-stocked.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with the management team to plan and update menus, considering seasonal ingredients, customer preferences, and dietary requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all food served is high quality, well-presented, and cooked to the correct temperature.
  • Waste Management: Minimize food waste by managing portion sizes and repurposing leftovers creatively.

Floater

  • Versatility: Fill in for various roles as needed, such as assisting in the kitchen, serving customers, or performing administrative tasks.
  • Support Staff: Provide support to different departments, ensuring smooth operations throughout the organization.
  • Training: Stay updated with the training required for multiple positions, being ready to step in and perform efficiently wherever needed.
  • Problem Solving: Address immediate issues in any department, offering quick and effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules and work environments, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Driver

  • Transportation: Safely transport goods, equipment, or people to specified locations on time.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, including checking oil, tire pressure, and other critical components.
  • Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while conserving fuel and minimizing vehicle wear.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and any incidents during transport.
  • Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and customers during deliveries, positively representing the company.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures regarding transportation and safety.

· Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
