Director, School Age Programs

Summary

At New Morning Schools, we strive to provide consistent, high-quality childcare to families in Southern New Hampshire! Your time at the before and after school programs will require energy, patience and a spirit of cooperation. The children are either at the beginning or end of their day and caring staff can make all the difference to a child during those important before and after school hours. Duties

• Manage a team of 4-5 Site Coordinators that have 3-4 sites each - total of 15 programs
• Work alongside the Center Directors at our main location
• Support programs staffing and program management as needed
• Manage the School Age Support Team which consists of Site Coordinators, Site Directors, and School Age Support Team
• Address all licensing concerns at the program level and work to maintain compliance site wide
• Work with our Program Behavior Specialist to address child behavior and/or staff and parent concerns
• Support the Site Coordinators/Site Director with training, performance improvement plans, program improvement and any other needs
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Qualified as a Site Director and/or Center Director per NH Child Care Licensing Rules and Regulations
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• At least 4 years of related experience 
• Knowledge and understanding of childcare licensing rules 

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of leadership experience
• 6+ years of related experience
• CPR/First Aid Certification
