Cradle to Crayons Preschool is looking for people who are fun loving, like a challenge, goal oriented, are you a little weird, do you get along better with children than adults? We have the perfect job for you! We are currently looking for Lead and Assistant Teachers to fill in the gaps.
Lead Teachers are responsible for forming and maintaining a positive and profession relationship with their children's parents and families, creating and implementing DAP weekly Lesson Plans, rotate toys on a regular basis, keep on-going assessment/observations and portfolio of each child. They are also responsible for communicating with their Assistant Teacher and to work as a team for the betterment of the children.
Assistant Teachers will assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans and daily activities/caregiving. They will assist the Lead Teacher with each child's ongoing assessment/observations.
Lead Teachers must have the minimum State requirements.
Assistant Teachers do not need to have any classes. We will train and provide required courses.
All teachers must have their HS diploma or equivalent.
