Lead Preschool Teacher

Summary

We are a daycare/preschool in the Maryland Heights area.

We are seeking to hire teachers who will provide a positive and fun learning environment for children!

Duties

• Help plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
• Implement a curriculum and would be able to add your own creative flaire to it.
• Maintain communications with parents through informal discussions ,and parent portal app.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Ensure a healthy classroom environment – including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of child
• Maintain professional clock hours.

Requirements

• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification( can obtain it after)
• Must clear full background check and must pass health screen
• Able to serve all types of food including meat.
• Able to be flexible
• In working with children a sense of humor helps!

Nice To Haves

Experience in a child care environment.

Class E License- can get later if interested
