Duties

4. Establish a partnership with parents through effective communication
5. To provide and accept honest, routine feedback that is caring and helpful.
6. Operate in a manner that is caring empathetic and respectful.

Requirements

1. Willing to participate in ongoing training to maintain professionalism.

Nice To Haves

6 Months experience in a licensed child care, but will train the right person

CDA or Child development courses but not necessary
