Lead Toddler Teacher

We are looking for experienced Infant and ToddlerTeachers to join our amazing team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and working with young children, as well as a strong understanding of early childhood development. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, planning and implementing engaging learning activities, and providing guidance to students in their social, emotional, and cognitive development. We are looking for an individual who is patient, creative, and able to build positive relationships with students, parents and peers.

Duties

• Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for students.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other professionals regarding the needs of the children.
• Assess children's progress and document observations in accordance with program policies and procedures.
• Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior in the classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and other relevant information.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• Childcare: 1+ year experience
