Duties
Additional duties include:
- Prepare and analyze data to perform monthly commission calculations
- Validate all commissions results to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address and implement any necessary adjustments
- Maintain and update commission-related data, ensuring data integrity
- Navigate complex Excel spreadsheets containing various formulas and macros to manage data accurately and appropriately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for commission-related matters across all Lawless Group Sales teams and assist with inquiries.
- Streamline and consolidate commission processes to ensure uniformity and accuracy.
- Provide input and support for creating and modifying commission plans through the year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or related field.
- Proven experience in a commission calculation, financial support, or similar analytical role
- Advanced analytical abilities with proficiency in managing significant data sets
- Prior experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel with high proficiency in Excel with advanced knowledge of formulas and macros
- Proficient with CRM and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills for effective dispute resolution and clear explanation of commission structures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationship success with individuals at varying levels across the organization and remote sales team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and responsibility.
- Initiative-driven with a commitment to enhancing processes and upholding fairness in commission practices.
- Ability to ensure commission information remains confidential.

This is an onsite position at the La Vergne, TN location and must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with compensation design and incentive programs preferred.
- Experience working in data systems and environments, performing situational problem solving, including intermediate level of ERP experience preferred.
- HCL Notes experience a plus.
