Requirements
All Lead Teachers are required to:
- Be in good heath
- Pass a background check
- Have experience working in a preschool setting
- Follow all regulations
- Have reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
It is nice for lead teachers to have:
- A degree in early childhood education
- Experience as a classroom lead teacher
- Experience co-teaching
- Reggio Emilia Method
