Summary

MOD BIKES, a rapidly growing electric bike brand, is on a mission to revolutionize how people move. We design, manufacture, and sell our bikes to delighted customers worldwide. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our sales process, leveraging your expertise to convert leads, build relationships, and close deals.


In this role, you will:

  • Engage with customers in various channels, including face-to-face interactions, email, video calls, and phone conversations.
  • Personalize each customer's experience by understanding their needs and recommending the products and services that best suit them.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, offering education on electric bikes, accessories, and other relevant products or services.

A passion for cycling is a must, and knowledge of bicycles is a huge plus. A proactive and positive attitude is also at the top of our list!


No need for previous experience. The job includes paid training in the electric bike industry.

Duties

  • Welcome customers to the store, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Process point-of-sale (POS) purchases accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent sales service.
  • Assist customers and successfully close deals in person and through remote channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Track and follow up on open quotes using our CRM.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Explore and pursue potential new sales opportunities.
  • Help to establish and foster B2B sales 
  • Process merchandise returns.
  • Lead virtual demos
  • Collaborate with co-workers to ensure outstanding customer service.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • A passion for bikes and for the people that ride them.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing excellent sales and service.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain positive relations with employees and customers.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and address complaints promptly.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including holidays and weekends, and attend expos and events.
