As a floater, you will play a crucial role in supporting various classrooms and age groups, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, engaging environment for children.
Duties
- Assist Teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans.
- Support classroom management and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Help with meal/snack times, bathroom breaks, and nap times.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas.
- Follow health and safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience is preferred
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong Communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
