The Winston Prouty Center for Child and Family Development in Brattleboro, VT is seeking a full-time Parents as Teachers (PAT) Home Visitor.
The role will support families with young children in parent-child interactions, development-centered parenting and family well-being using the PAT Foundational Curriculum. PAT is an evidence-based home visiting model.
Work consists of partnering with families to develop goals, providing resources and engaging in parent-child activities to help them accomplish those goals, doing annual developmental screening and health reviews.
Bachelor’s degree in social work, early childhood education, counseling, psychology or related field required, and two years’ experience working in the field.
