We are looking for support staff/assistant teachers to join the Treehouse Montessori School Staff. The position will support the planning, organizing, and implementation of the Montessori approach. Take advantage of this opportunity to learn and grow along with us!

Part time and full time is available! This position is for the 2024/2025 school year starting in August 2024.

Duties

In this position, you will be supporting the co-leads and administration on

• Maintaining school, local, state and federal required ratios, regulations, rules, and requirements
• Tracking and recording milestones for each child
• Maintaining a beautiful and clean classroom environment that honors the independence of each child
• Participating in events, meetings, and continuing education

Requirements

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• Required
• PDIS Level 2
• Continue education beyond current accolades 
• Certified in CPR, First Aid, and Universal Precautions, Medication Administration Certification (within 2-weeks of employment)
• Clean Background check

Nice To Haves

• Preferred
• Montessori experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with groups of children 
• Associates (or equivalent) or higher in Education or another area
