Duties

• Coordinate and implement engaging and age-appropriate curriculum and activities for children in our summer camp program.
• Foster positive relationships with children and families, maintaining open communication and ensuring the well-being of each child.
• Adhere to licensing requirements and maintain a safe and supportive environment for all camp participants.
• Plan and lead educational and recreational activities, including arts, playground time, and special guests, to enhance the camp experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with basic computer proficiency.
• Certification in Infant/Child CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
• Demonstrated understanding of child development principles and practices.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Previous experience working in a summer camp or similar setting.
• Certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) or willingness to obtain.
• Current TB Test and documentation of citizenship.
