Job Purpose: As Lead Technician, you’ll assist your Store or Service Manager in successfully operating the Service Department. You will assist or lead with the completion of service work, workflow, service writing, and hitting KPI’s. All of this will be in an effort to ensure every customer has the best experience.

- Have prior Bicycle Retail experience and strong organizational & time management skills.
- Possess excellent communication and customer service skills, along with proficiency in computer literacy.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility with your schedule, always remaining open to learning and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-person
Schedule:
· 40-45 hours per week.
· 5 days per week, with an occasional 6th day if needed.
· Weekday and weekend shifts
· 8+ hour shifts
