**Job Description:**

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Summer Transition Coaches for the Georgia Pre-K Summer Transition Program. As a Summer Transition Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting children as they prepare for the transition from Pre-K to kindergarten. This temporary position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners during a critical stage of their development.

Duties

*Responsibilities:**

- Facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate activities to enhance children's school readiness skills, including literacy, numeracy, social-emotional development, and self-regulation.

- Collaborate with Pre-K teachers, kindergarten teachers, and other program staff to develop and implement curriculum plans tailored to the needs of individual children.

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to children who may need additional assistance with specific skills or areas of development.

- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and a love of learning.

- Communicate regularly with families to share children's progress, provide resources for continued learning at home, and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

-Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).

- Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting. They need to be bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.

- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for supporting children's learning and growth.

- 100% Decal Salary paid to Coach , New Salary to be announced by Decal soon, 1/2 time position Salary is $ 4,044.09 Total working hours for program are 160 hours. 7-8 weeks of work in summer.

About Us

Our Company is based out of Atlanta, GA operating multiple Childcare Center locations all around Metro Atlanta with Locations in Roswell, Marietta, Canton, Duluth, Austell, Newnan and Lilburn.



Salary : $25 to $25/Hr
