We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our preschool team. The ideal candidate will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for preschool-aged children.
1. Minimum of 45 hours of DCF (Department of Children and Families) training or willingness to complete training upon hiring.
2. Previous experience working as a lead teacher in a preschool setting.
3. A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering children's growth.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Relevant educational qualifications in early childhood education or a related field.
