Role Overview:

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our little learners. You’ll work closely with our dedicated team to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Duties

• Caring for Children: Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Creating Lesson Plans: Developing curriculum that supports children’s learning and development.
• Engaging Children in Activities: Encouraging their interests and exposing them to new ways of thinking.
• Setting Up the Classroom: Preparing the learning environment each day.
• Supervising Playtime: Ensuring children play safely.
• Serving Meals and Snacks: Meeting their nutritional needs.
• Handling Behavioral Issues: Mediating conflicts and addressing behavioral challenges.
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keeping the daycare facility clean and sanitized.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Child abuse record check

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Relevant teaching experience in a preschool setting (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for working with young children
• Creativity, patience, and a love for learning
• Cpr and First aid certified
