Part-Time Coordinator at Blessed Sacrament

This is highly responsible administrative and technical work relating to the overall activities of a not for profit organization. The employee in this role is directly responsible for the management of employee benefits, employee relations, and creating policy suggestions for the leadership team as related to human resource needs.  


Direct Supervision

Visiting all programs 3-4 times per week

Monitors all sites for quality

Identifies problem areas within programs and reports to SAS Director, works collaboratively with team and director to resolve issues

Mentors and trains new and existing site staff

Assists site staff in achieving STAR status

Sets personal goals for programs

Coaches Individual Development Plan for staff according to PD needs.

Insure all staff have intentional PD plans

Completes timely staff evaluations

Insures programs are staffed within ratios daily

Maintains all staff training records on site along with all required licensing

Subs if necessary

Financial Responsibilities

Collects tuition daily and turns in to office daily

Collect and reviews petty cash receipts

Completes bi-weekly FTE check and gives them to Diana within 1 week

Ensures program compliance of all licensing and regulation.

Audits books regularly. 

Makes purchases as needed with Director permission


Disseminates all info to sites as received (reg. forms, withdrawals etc.)

Visits Principals, via in person, email regularly

Insures all sites are well equipped with necessary materials

Handle parent/child disputes or concerns

Keep Director informed of issues related to programs

Professional Development

Maintain personal required training as required by STARS

Follow policies of Children, Inc. and SAS

Maintain current TB, CPR, BBP

Possess a valid CAN, police background check 

Assist with in-house trainings as needed

Any other duties requested but not mentioned in this description


Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, speak, and write English

Prior experience working with children commensurate to responsibilities

Current First Aid/CPR Certification

Successful clearance of a background check

CDA or Higher

Compliance with Licensing requirement for TB testing

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, 

   stand, walk, bend and lift objects of up to 20 pounds
