Duties

• Plan and implement engaging activities and lessons
• Create a safe and inclusive environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Observe and document children's progress
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Reflect on teaching practices and make improvements
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
• Serve as a positive role model for children and colleagues

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Early Childhood Education Certificate/ Degree
• Current TB Test
• Background check
• At least 2 years of classroom experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field strongly preferred
• Hold CDA or other associate's degree or higher
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification
• Current Medication Administration Training (MAT)
