Duties

As a Preschool Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher at Aquarelle Kids Academy, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Your creative touch, caring attitude, and commitment to early childhood development will contribute to the overall growth and happiness of the children in our care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Preschool Lead Teacher:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Conduct regular assessments and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators and parents for the well-rounded development of each child.
  1. Assistant Teacher:
  • Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
  • Provide support in maintaining a safe and clean learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the classroom and program.

Requirements

  • For both positions, a minimum of a relevant Early Childhood Education qualification is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a childcare or preschool setting is an advantage.
  • Passion for working with young children and contributing to their holistic development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must Have:

DCF 45 hours and CDA

First Aid & CPR certification (Preferred)
