Heart 2 Nourish In-Home preschool, and is currently looking for experienced lead teachers with a passion for education. We are a close-knit school family dedicated to innovative education for young children. Ideally, we are seeking candidates with early childcare experience and a background in early childhood education. Our teachers are enthusiastic and passionate about working with young children.


  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young toddlers to learn and grow
  • Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
  • Create a nurturing and predictable classroom environment and daily routines
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children.
  • Use effective engaging strategies with young toddlers learning, including storytelling, music, art, and hands-on activities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Communicate with parents on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and admin for lesson planning, assessments, parent communication and school events.
  • Strong knowledge of infant/toddler development
  • Ability to create & implement engaging and interactive lesson plans that promotes the development of young toddlers.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents/guardians, and colleagues.
  • Patience, compassion, and the ability to handle challenging behaviors with empathy.
  • Organizational skills to manage classroom materials, resources, and documentation.
  • Classroom management and behavior management
  • Previous experience working with infants/young toddlers in a licensed setting
  • Knowledge of infant/toddler development and best practices. Infant/Toddler CDA, college credit in ECE or ECE certificates preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to create and maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.


  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Familiarity with state licensing regulations for preschool programs.

Salary : $12 to $14/Hr
