Full Time Child Care Teacher in Oconomowoc

Summary

Little Dumplings Early Learning Center in Oconomowoc is seeking outstanding full time care teachers beginning immediately! We seek staff who will enrich the warm, nurturing, and respectful educational environment of our center.

Free child care work program for your children, family owned center with a great group of staff! No weekends!! You can choose to work four 10 hour days or five 8 hour days. We are flexible! Our hours are between 6:00am-5:30pm

Duties

• Plan and Instruct children in age appropriate activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
• Communicate with parents on child's growth and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all children

Requirements

• Prefer previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields but not required. We will train the right person!
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children and parents
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
