We are looking for a creative and dedicated Preschool Teacher to help young children build foundational skills while enjoying a positive and engaging classroom experience.
The right candidate will be comfortable leading activities, establishing classroom routines, and encouraging children to learn through hands-on exploration.
What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate engaging activities for preschool-aged children
- Use stories, games, art, music, and hands-on activities to support learning
- Encourage early literacy, numeracy, communication, and problem-solving
- Help children develop cooperation, confidence, and independence
- Establish consistent classroom routines and expectations
- Provide active supervision and maintain a safe learning environment
- Use positive classroom-management techniques
- Observe children's participation and developmental progress
- Keep learning materials and classroom areas organized
- Maintain required classroom documentation
- Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
- Work collaboratively with other childcare staff
Requirements
Qualifications
- CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
- Previous preschool teaching experience preferred.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must successfully complete all required background checks.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
