Bus Driver for After School Program
About This Role
CLC offers after-school care for students from several Henrico County Schools. We are seeking a bus driver to transport the elementary students from their home school to the center. The hours would be 1:30-3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
What You'll Do
For this position, you will be responsible for driving a 14-passenger multipurpose school activity bus.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect the bus before and after every trip using the provided form.
Follow exact time schedules, obey all traffic laws, and drive students from their home school to the center.
Keep management of student behavior.
Report any mechanical problems, delays, or behavior issues to the CLC Elementary Coordinator.
Requirements
Valid VA driver's license
Clean driving record
Training with a staff member
Experience driving a multipurpose school activity bus
