About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is also (or eligible to become) a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Georgia.

You’ll serve as the clinical lead across one or more of our therapy sites, overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs and LaBAs, and collaborating with families and educators.

What You'll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)


Develop individualized treatment plans consistent with BACB and Georgia Medicaid standards


Supervise and train RBTs and LaBAs, maintaining required documentation of supervision hours


Provide direct parent and caregiver training sessions (CPT 97156/97157)


Collaborate with childcare directors and teachers to ensure consistency across settings


Monitor client progress using data-driven decision making and evidence-based practices


Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB ethics code, and Georgia licensing board rules


Participate in clinical reviews, team meetings, and professional development sessions

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)


Current or eligible for Georgia LBA license


Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field


Minimum 2 years of experience providing ABA services (preferred: early intervention / natural environment settings)


Strong leadership, communication, and data-analysis skills


Must pass Georgia DECAL fingerprint background check (for working within childcare environments)
