Duties

Assist in over-all care
Interact with children and model socially appropriate behavior
Diapering
Implement Provided Curriculum
Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment


Requirements

TB Test
Be able to Complete Background Check with no criminal record
Be able to complete 24 hours training
Able to lift up to 30 pounds
Attend in person staff meetings
Cleaning/sweeping/mopping/Trash/Laundry
Arranging bulletin boards
Conduct Daily Attendance
Participate in QRIS goals

Teachers must understand children's cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants, and resolve parental concerns.
